By using Spot the Cliff (hereinafter, "the App") you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We process your data based on:
Your jumper name, profile picture, general location, and videos are publicly visible within the App. Other users may view, expand, and report your content.
All are contracted providers with guarantees equivalent to European regulations (Standard Contractual Clauses).
We may share your data with authorities when required by court order, legal request, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Some providers are in the USA. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission apply to guarantee an adequate level of protection.

You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been violated.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
No system is 100% secure. If we detect a security breach affecting you, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable regulations.
The App is prohibited for minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect a minor has registered, we will delete their account and data.
If you are a parent/guardian and believe a minor in your care has registered without permission, contact us to delete the account: spothecliff@gmail.com.
The App does not use traditional web cookies. We only use technical identifiers necessary to maintain your session.
We will update this Policy when necessary. Major changes will be notified within the App with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.
