Welcome to Spot the Cliff (hereinafter, "the App"), a mobile application operated by Marc Sanz Balaguer, with contact at spothecliff@gmail.com (hereinafter, "we" or "the provider").
By downloading, registering, or using the App, you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 16, you may not register or use the service.
Spot the Cliff is a geolocation-based social platform that allows cliff jumpers to discover spots, share videos of their jumps, and connect with other nearby jumpers.

BY USING THE APP YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT that:
a) Information in the App (height, difficulty, hazards, access) is user-generated and has NOT been professionally verified.
b) Real conditions at a spot may change drastically due to tides, rain, erosion, submerged debris, or other factors not reflected in the App.
c) Any jump you decide to perform is at your sole responsibility.
d) Before jumping, you must personally inspect the spot, verify depth, obstacles and conditions, have adequate experience and preparation, and act with your own judgment.
e) The App does NOT recommend or promote any specific jump. Videos and data are testimonials from other users, not invitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marc Sanz Balaguer and any person related to the App SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:
a) Any physical, psychological, or material damage suffered by you or third parties from any activity related to information obtained from the App.
b) The accuracy, truthfulness, safety, or legality of information published by users (including locations, heights, difficulties, videos).
c) The conduct of other users, inside or outside the App.
d) Interruptions, errors, data loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
e) Any unauthorized access to your account if you have shared your password or not protected it adequately.
By using the App you waive any claim against the provider for damages arising directly or indirectly from use of the service.
By uploading a video, comment, or spot information, you declare that:
a) You are the original author or have permission from all identifiable persons.
b) The content is not illegal, defamatory, sexual, gratuitously violent, discriminatory, or hate-inciting.
c) You do not infringe third-party rights (intellectual property, image, privacy).
d) You grant the provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt the content within the App, solely for operating the service. You may delete your content at any time.
We reserve the right to remove content and accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms periodically. Major changes will be notified within the App. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Castellón (Spain), without prejudice to any rights consumer protection legislation may grant you in your country of residence if applicable.
